Three-course themed menus to celebrate the awakening spring in Lapland
Welcome to celebrate Easter in the heart of Pyhätunturi at Restaurant Aihki! On the Easter weekend, from April 18th to 20th, we will serve our guests a three-course dinner menu inspired by the awakening of spring, the purity of Lapland’s nature, and traditional Easter flavours – interpreted with a modern Nordic twist.
Our head chef and the Aihki team have created a unique menu for each evening, combining high-quality ingredients, seasonal flavours and Northern delicacies – such as blueberry, chocolate, Finnish Easter pudding (mämmi), licorice, wild herbs and fish. The ambiance is as important as the taste: candlelight, the peaceful view of Lake Pyhäjärvi and the silhouette of the spring fells set the perfect scene for a memorable evening.

- Price: 75€ / person (includes a three-course dinner)
