Implementation period: 01.01.24 – 31.12.26
Budget: 5,070,368€
ELY funding: 1,774,629€ (North Ostrobothnia ELY Centre)
Starting from the 25th of November 2024, the newly expanded Aihki will accommodate up to 70 guests. This expansion allows us to offer modern, northern Scandinavian dining experiences crafted from local ingredients to more visitors. Aihki's special dinners have often sold out, and we are excited to provide more guests the opportunity to enjoy our delicious and surprising dishes.
Autumn in Finnish Lapland is a breath-taking experience, as the landscape transforms into a vibrant tapestry of colours known as "Ruska" or Autumn Foliage. This natural phenomenon occurs as deciduous plants prepare for winter, shedding their leaves in a dazzling display of reds, oranges, and yellows. Ruska is a time of beauty and renewal, drawing visitors from all over the world to witness its splendour.
